MicroRam Electronics RoHS Mission Statement
The European Union has recently initiated a Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) along with a directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This was put into effect in an effort to reduce the use of hazardous material in electronic equipment, as well as allow for additional recycling opportunites for these products.
The directives associated with the banning of these products will go into effect July 1, 2006.
