MicroRam Quality Control inspectors are highly trained and comply with ISO processes. Our procedures support the ESD compliant, static free clean room. Detailed inspections are carried out on the product on a part-by-part basis. Inspections are conducted using high resolution viewing stations and digital images are produced on questionable product. These are presented to a second tier for approval or rejection.

MicroRam's strict adherence to our documented quality standards allows for rapid identification, analysis, and correction to any discrepancies prior to product reaching our customer. The Quality flow and control within this department along with interfaces to receiving and shipping sets MicroRam apart from our competition in the electronic industry.
